I MADE IT!!! It’s Day 40 and my 40 day fast is complete. Now begins the hard work. Breaking a fast. In this case, it will take about 10 days of introducing food back into my body. I usually begin with juices, then I add fruit, then broth soup, next a light salad, then steamed veggies, then carbs, and lastly if required, protein. I feel stronger and more centered; my clarity is so beyond where I was before I removed the toxins from my system and body .I did lose some weight…..maybe about 15-18 lbs. , not my intention but that always comes with this process, but aside from that it has been a phenomenal journey.
