My Story

Dr. Ada loves gardening and grows her own food both hydroponically and with container gardening.

Dr. Ada’s discovered through her own suffering as a youth, a newfound journey to health, well-being, and longevity through diet, exercise and other healthy habits. She realized by the age of 15 that her lifelong commitment would be in the area of health care. As she researched and learned more about nutrition, supplements and other health promoting habits, while trying these things herself, it became clearer what worked and what didn’t.

Dr. Frazier supported many patients diagnosed with cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, multiple sclerosis, parkinson’s and a myriad of other ailments, guiding them with great success. Her commitment is to continue to support people

who want to operate within a new paradigm, moving away from the normal parameters of treatment, being courageous enough to explore different and effective alternatives. In other words, You taking responsibility for your health and life.”

She graduated from University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Physics then went on to Dental School graduating with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. She did a Residency in General Dentistry in New York City and supported other projects such as organizing a Dental Clinic in Pueblo, Colorado, before opening her own Dental Clinic in Huntsville, AL. She practiced for 36 years before retiring in 2014.

She continued to perfect many products, using them herself to assure that their claims of effectiveness were true. Many acquaintances when hearing her age would be shocked and claimed that she looked years younger than she was and suggested she write a book sharing what she did to stay so healthy and youthful. As she continued to get acknowledgement from strangers, she began to realize the impact of the things she was doing in her own life to support longevity.

Finally, convinced when her daughter’s younger friend recommended that she market herself as a demonstration of her services, she then realized that even in her retirement she could continue to make an impact on people’s health by sharing what she had learned through consulting, coaching, and providing hands on support. She now uses her professional expertise, her Chemistry and Physics degrees knowledge, as well as her personal experience with these processes to assist others in what they are struggling with or what they want to change.

Her commitment now is to be of support by providing Coaching in the area of Health and Well-being as well as providing Professional Consulting for any young practitioners interested in upgrading their practice to provide an alternative edge to their patients.

Dentist

Dr. Frazier Turner practiced dentistry for 35 years before retiring in 2014. It was the most difficult decision of her life to retire, given that she always had it that she would be practicing until she died. Dr. Frazier loved her patients and was committed to having them leave her office with a renewed idea of what going to the dentist is, as well as a warm, positive perspective of what she is/was bringing to the table to contribute to them. She passionately wanted them to be so much better leaving her office after treatment than when they arrived. She was a trailblazer and appreciated staying ahead of the curve and thinking creatively and outside of the box. The number one priority during her career was bringing integrity and respect to her craft. After retiring she continues to contribute to her patients and others through coaching and consulting in health, wellbeing and longevity.

COACHING & CONSULTING

Dr. Frazier felt it was important to continue to contribute and support those patients and persons who were interested in living a created and supported life. During her tenure as a practicing doctor, many patients would comment that she was very knowledgeable about the human body and might consider doing something around this expanded knowledge as this seemed to be her continued calling; to help and support people in what they are dealing with around their health, wellbeing and longevity. She is a resource for the world to heal and she offers her services uniquely designed for each individual; whether that means coming to your home and restocking your refrigerator and cabinets, creating an individualized protocol for health recovery, meal planning suggestions or delving into where you are emotionally stuck through a series of scheduled conversations and homework; wherever there is an opportunity to contribute to someone’s healing, health restoration , well-being balance or longevity plan, she is willing to support.
